Privacy Policy
Draft for review — subject to confirmation by the Foundation.
What we collect. When you contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, district and taluka, preferred language, and a brief description of your concern.
Why we collect it. To respond to your enquiry, identify the appropriate next step or referral, coordinate legal awareness camps, and — with your consent — follow up on the matter.
How we store it. Enquiries are stored in restricted-access systems and are visible only to authorised Foundation team members and, where necessary, to advocates or partners engaged on your specific matter.
What we do not do. We do not sell your data. We do not publish your personal information without your explicit written consent. We do not share your details with third parties except as necessary to respond to your enquiry.
Sensitive documents. Please do not upload sensitive legal documents through the initial enquiry form. If further documents are needed, our team will contact you and confirm a secure channel.
Retention and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to help@nyayvishwas.com.
Cookies and analytics. The website uses standard analytics to understand how citizens use the site. No personally identifying information is used for advertising.
The final registered legal name, registered office and grievance officer contact are pending confirmation by the Foundation and will be published here.
For questions about this policy, write to help@nyayvishwas.com.
