Safeguarding & Grievance Policy
Draft for review — subject to confirmation by the Foundation.
Nyay Vishwas Foundation is committed to treating every citizen, volunteer and participating advocate with dignity, honesty and confidentiality.
What to expect. Our team and volunteers will listen without judgement, keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required by law or by your written consent, and be clear about what the Foundation can and cannot do in your matter.
Raising a grievance. If you believe a Foundation representative has behaved improperly, mishandled your matter, or shared your information without consent, please write to help@nyayvishwas.com with the subject line "Grievance". Please include your reference number where available, dates, and a brief account of what happened.
Escalation. The name and contact details of the designated Grievance Officer will be published here once confirmed by the Foundation.
Children and vulnerable persons. Where a matter concerns a child or a person in a vulnerable situation, we will take special care to protect their identity and welfare, and to coordinate with the relevant authorities where required by law.
Designated Grievance Officer, escalation timelines and full procedure: pending confirmation by the Foundation.
