Founder
Adv. Aniket Ujjwal Nikam
Founder, Nyay Vishwas Foundation
Aniket grew up in Jalgaon and has practised law for more than a decade. He has a B.L.S. degree from Mumbai and an LL.M. from New York University, and appears before the Bombay High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
His own practice is largely criminal defence, bail and economic-offence matters. Outside court, he kept meeting people who had a remedy available in law but no idea where to begin. The Foundation started as a way to answer that question for them.
The Foundation is a separate non-profit initiative. Adv. Nikam's professional legal practice at his Mumbai chambers is not routed through the Foundation.
